PARENT- TEACHER MEETINGS 2025
As advised at the beginning of the new school term, Parent Teacher interviews will take place the week commencing Monday 24th November.
To facilitate these meetings pupils will finish at 1.30pm on Monday 24th – Wednesday 26th November inclusive. School will return to normal finishing times on Thursday and Friday of that week.
It is our intention to offer either a face to face meeting or a phone call.
We ask that you complete the information sheet sent home with pupils and return this to your child’s class teacher by Friday 14th November to facilitate an appointment schedule. Parents/Guardians requesting face to face meetings will be notified of the date and time of the meeting accordingly.
Those opting for a telephone call should note that this will most likely be listed as a NO CALLER ID. It is important that you try to be available to answer this. If you are not available, a further attempt will be made to contact you. If this is unsuccessful, then it will be up to you to make contact with the teacher once the scheduled meetings are completed.
It is of course vital that all contact numbers are up to date. If you have changed your primary contact number, please advise Mrs Toland immediately.
In addition, please indicate if an interpreter is required and which language.
During the course of the year we would encourage good home-school communication, making an appointment via the school office when necessary.
