We have attached a letter from Parenting NI detailing a free 6 week online programme entitled Sink or Swim. The programme explores the reality of parenting whilst sharing useful tips and techniques to support parental mental health and wellbeing.
There are still a few spaces available on a programme which will be commencing next Wednesday 11th May from 10-11.30am.
