Due to changes in Google’s terms and international child safety and privacy regulations, schools are now required to obtain parental consent for pupils under 18 to access some Google Additional Services.
These services include tools such as:
- Google Maps
- YouTube
- Google Earth
These are different from the main learning tools (like Google Classroom and Google Drive), which are not affected.
