Our Primary 4 class recently enjoyed an inspiring visit from Orla at Young Enterprise, who led a dynamic and engaging workshop on the theme "Our Community."
It was a fantastic day of discovery as the children explored how the world around them functions. Through interactive activities, our young learners tackled some big concepts, including:
Business & Government: Understanding the roles different organisations play in keeping our society running.
Needs vs. Wants: Learning how to prioritise essential resources over luxury items.
The World of Taxes: A child-friendly introduction to how we contribute to public services.
The pupils showed great enthusiasm and sharp critical thinking skills throughout the session.
