Our P6 pupils had an absolutely brilliant morning learning all about food, fitness and keeping our bodies healthy. Kerry and Hannah had everyone rapping, dancing and playing high‑energy games to help us understand how to balance what we eat with how we move.
The children were fully involved from start to finish and left buzzing with new knowledge and big smiles. Thank you both for such an engaging, active and memorable workshop — we loved it! 💙🥛💪
