To help celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week 2026, we welcomed Carlos from Hip Psychology back into our school.
Through a range of fun and interactive discussions, games and activities we were able to explore the positive and negative sides of different emotions as well as strategies to deal with the more challenging side of these emotions!
