With so many rising sporting stars of the future in P7, Laura from ‘Action Mental Health’ delivered a fantastic interactive and fun workshop focusing upon mental health in sport! We enjoyed participating in discussions, walking debates and exploring real life scenarios to explore the positive and negative effects that sport can have on our mental health!
A brilliant and very informative morning that so many of our children could relate to through their own sporting journeys! Thanks once again to Laura - we are already excited for next week!
