Action Mental Health Workshop in P7 🧠

Today we welcomed the wonderful Laura from Action Mental Health back into our school for a super workshop around transition and change!
Through a range of fun games, activities and discussions we enjoyed exploring the positive and negative consequences of moving to ‘big school’. We enjoyed a walking debate to discuss real life situations we might find ourselves in as we continue to grow and develop before finishing the session by working in our groups to discuss the things in life we can and cannot change!
