Action Mental Health Workshops in P7Q 🧠

Today P7Q welcomed Laura from ‘Action Mental Health’ into our classroom!

Through a range of fun and engaging games, discussions and activities - we enjoyed learning about the meaning of ‘mental health’ and strategies to try and make sure that we maintain ‘good mental health’.

We will continue to work with Laura over the next few weeks before meeting with our friends in Edenderry PS for a final shared workshop!
