Miss Shortt has been working with us on the life cycle of the butterfly. We also carried out some activities on height using blocks and cubes. we reinforced half past on the clock on the interactive board and through the game I have.. Who has...? We heard the story about Jesus calming the storm and completed a true or false activity. We discussed a poem called Jelly Balloons and looked at all the words ending in 'ing'. We completed an activity on 'ing' words and self assessed or learning through traffic lights.
We had so much fun on World Book Day. We dressed up or wore our comfy clothes and talked all about our favourite stories. We listened to the story of The Guffalo, The Day the Crayons Quit and The Tiger Who Came to Tea. We created our own tiger masks and we enjoyed our own tea party!
Some of us won a prize for costumes and potato characters.
