Today, instead of an end of year trip, we had a fantastic build a bear experience making our very own cuddly elephant (we had learned about elephants in term 2 during our Africa topic).
The children stuffed their own toy and made it come to life by kissing their animal’s heart and making a wish. They then named their elephant and even got a birth certificate for it. They finished by colouring in their own carry bag and bringing their very special teddy home. What a magical day!
The treats will continue later in the week when we get our icecream 🍦
