Children’s Mental Health Week!

As part of our celebrations for Children’s Mental health week we enjoyed a well-being Wednesday in school! 

As well as toast and hot chocolate treats, we also enjoyed some classroom yoga and an online well being workshop delivered by the brilliant HIP Psychology!

A fantastic opportunity to take some time out from our hectic lives and to slow our thoughts for a while, whilst focusing on our own well-being 😊
