A reminder to all children participating in the cross-country events on Friday 1st of December at Lurgan Park.

Please ensure you have the following with you-
•healthy snack
•bottle of water
•suitable trainers for running
•change of warm clothes and shoes in a waterproof bag
•inhalers if required
•packed lunch

Please note due to this event there will be no Healthy Kidz cross-country after schools on Friday 1st of December.
