Primary 6 had a brilliant time celebrating Eco Day in Saint John the Baptist College — a day packed with hands‑on learning, teamwork, and plenty of outdoor fun. They got stuck into planting, exploring how to care for our environment and help things grow. Their enthusiasm was just as strong during bug hunting, where they searched high and low for mini‑beasts and learned why these tiny creatures play such a big role in our ecosystem. The pupils also showed fantastic creativity while building mini‑beast hotels, carefully designing safe spaces for insects to shelter and thrive. One of the highlights of the day was watching them work together to create games using recycled materials, proving that imagination and teamwork can turn everyday items into something exciting and new.It was a day full of learning, laughter, and eco‑friendly action — well done, Thankyou to teachers and pupils of Saint John the Baptist College for such a great day!
