End of Year Letter from Mrs Coleman

Dear Parent/Guardian, 

As we reach the end of this academic year, I would like to thank you most sincerely for your ongoing support and co-operation. 

We are extremely proud of our pupils and all they have achieved in the past year. They deserve great credit for their efforts and are certainly ready for their summer break. 

To our P7/Rang 7 pupils, we say a particular farewell as they prepare to embark on this next chapter of their education journey. We wish them all continued success and happiness in their new schools and look forward to hearing of their progress. 

The staff of St. John the Baptist have worked extremely hard to support all our pupils pastorally and academically throughout the past year and I am most appreciative of their commitment and dedication.

My sincere gratitude is also extended to our Board of Governors for their ongoing support and indeed, to the various organisations and the wider community who have supported and helped our school community in any way in the past year.

School will finish for all pupils on Tuesday 30th June at 11am. We would remind everyone that any money owed should be paid via our online payment app before the end of term. Your co-operation in this matter would be greatly appreciated. 

School reports will be sent home with the pupils today. Please check your child’s schoolbag.

The new school term will begin for all pupils on Tuesday 1st September. A separate timetable has been issued to our new P1 pupils.
