We completed our 8th and final engineering challenge in our Bridges topic this week!
Our focus was to experiment with the strength of a suspension bridge such as the impressive Peace Bridge in Derry!
Once again, working in teams we created a structure and put our learning to the test! We were amazed to find out that our suspension bridge structure could actually hold more weight than a beam bridge structure despite using the majority of the same materials!
