P7B shared “Good morning” greetings in the many languages spoken by children in our class. The pupils greeted us and helped us all with our pronunciation.
Later we also took part in a Gael Linn zoom workshop, learning to sing the traditional song “Gráinne ” about legendary 16th century Irish pirate, Gráinne Mhaol.
P7 enjoyed learning the chorus and associated actions too.
We were very grateful to Mr McCaul who continued to teach us some more greetings and responses as gaeilge.
