Curriculum Overview Day
Teachers have been working hard to prepare curriculum overview documentation for parents.
Overviews will illustrate the learning our children will enjoy over this year.
Curriculum overviews will be presented to parents on the afternoon of 29 September 2025 from lunchtime until approximately 3:00pm.
There will be no need for any of the children to leave school early on that particular afternoon; when overview meetings are taking place between parents and class teachers, the children will be supervised elsewhere in the school.
The afternoon will operate within three slots. First to take place will be foundation stage (years one and two), followed by key stage one (years three and four) and finally key stage two children (years five, six and seven).
The hope is that this model will allow parents with more than one child in the school to attend all of their children's overview meetings with their children's teachers.
The curriculum overview afternoon is in addition to parent teacher meetings which will take place from 24th to 28th November 2025.
