Making Victorian toys

This week we have been making Victorian twisting toys - there are 4 characters and the head/ body and legs can move to create mixed up funny people! This was a simple sort of toy which a child might have played with. 

P7 had to design the characters and consider which direction to draw and then construct cubes to thread onto some dowelling rod. 

Everybody enjoyed the challenge!
