We are aware of some children experiencing login difficulties with Mathletics and have received the following guidance from the company:
Please ensure you are using the login page https://login.mathletics.com/ and the sign in details which have been sent home from school (e.g. DAK14830).
If they are using the Mathletics app, make sure to download the app called ‘Mathletics Students’. This is free and just requires a login to get in.
If difficulties persist, please advise get in touch with the Mathletics customer support team directly on 01173 701990 option 1, or by emailing support@3plearning.co.uk.
