Primary 6 had an unforgettable day at Navan Fort in Armagh, where our Viking topic truly came to life!
Pupils stepped back in time to meet real Viking characters, explore artefacts, try on Viking and monk clothing, and even write using quills and ink just like scribes from the past. Their curiosity, questions and enthusiasm were fantastic to see. What a brilliant way to deepen our learning and bring history off the page and into the real world!
