The classroom was filled with smiles as the children tucked into freshly made pancakes, choosing from a huge variety of delicious toppings — from chocolatey treats to delicious spreads. It was a lovely way to bring everyone together and enjoy a little mid‑week fun.
As we celebrate, it’s also important to remember the real meaning of Shrove Tuesday: a time of reflection, preparation, and kindness as we begin our journey into Lent. A perfect blend of joy and tradition for our P6 pupils.
