Phonics

We have now covered all of our alphabet sounds and we are using them to make words. We need to listen carefully to the sounds we need to make the words. Sometimes we change one sound to make a new word. We have to listen carefully to see if it is the: first sound, the middle sound or the end sound that is changing.  We have to remember to use the sound the letter makes rather than the letter name. We could also try doing this at home by putting the letters on pieces of paper and making lots of words.
