Our Primary 4 pupils recently embarked on an exciting journey to St John the Baptist College, where they had the opportunity to explore the fascinating world of minibeasts! Welcomed by Ms Topping, Miss Bush and Mr Campbell, the children participated in a range of interactive activities designed to bring them closer to nature and deepen their understanding of these tiny creatures.
From bug hunts to habitat investigations, each activity encouraged curiosity and teamwork. The pupils were thrilled to examine different insects up close, learning about their features, and importance in the ecosystem. Whether spotting a speedy centipede or observing the delicate wings of a butterfly, every moment was filled with discovery.
A huge thank you to the wonderful staff at St John the Baptist College for making our visit so engaging and memorable. Our pupils returned to school buzzing with excitement, ready to share their newfound knowledge with friends and family. We look forward to many more adventures like this in the future!
