Primary 6 have been taking part in a special liturgical singing programme led by Orla and Sarah Jane every Monday in the lead up to Christmas. The children have been learning hymns, Psalms and responses that reflect the theme of the Liturgical calendar. Our focus is on Advent. The sessions not only help develop musical skills but also encourage reverence and active participation in the spiritual life of the school. The programme will culminate in a beautiful Advent Mass on the 5th of December, where Primary 6 pupils from various schools will share their voices in celebration and prayer.
