After reading the story of 'The Gingerbread Man', we came together as a year group to bake some yummy gingerbread people. We carefully followed the recipe and popped the gingerbread people in the oven to bake. Soon the classroom was filled with the smell of delicious gingerbread. When they were ready, we carefully opened the oven, making sure the classroom door was guarded in case the gingerbread people tried to escape! Luckily we decorated them and ate them all up before they had time to even think about running away.
