The boys and girls in our class have been very busy over the past number of weeks exploring the topic of Spring. They created beautiful pictures of daffodils and tulips through drawings and by using natural resources. We planted sunflower seeds and helped them to grow by making sure they had enough water and light. After learning about how birds build their nests and feed their babies, we created our own bird’s nests. We really enjoyed reading lots of fiction and non-fiction books about Spring.
