Primary 6 had a fun and engaging lesson learning how to write clear, step-by-step instructions for making toast. They began by discussing the importance of sequencing and using imperative verbs, then worked together to break down the process—from plugging in the toaster to spreading butter and jam. The pupils enjoyed practising their writing skills through a hands-on activity, and the highlight of the lesson was definitely tasting their delicious end product. The warm toast topped with creamy butter and sweet jam made all their hard work worthwhile, and gave them a real sense of achievement.
