The Story of Setanta - Watch out Broadway!

Today we began our new literacy unit - Irish Myths and Legends. Together we read the story of Setanta - How Cuchulainn got his Name. We discussed the story events and characters. 

Then children assembled into groups of 4 to act out the story. They showed such confidence in performing - some children are definitely set for the stage! 

Children will then rewrite the story sequentially in their own words.
