Wellbeing Wednesday

Today we participated in a range of wonderful Wellbeing Wednesday activities which all helped to improve our Mental Health.

Our favourite was Yoga, where we were, brave warriors, dazzling rainbows and strong trees.

We were peaceful, we were happy, we were postive and we were flexible.
