Today we enjoyed some special activities to celebrate Wellness Wednesday as part of Children’s Mental Health Week. As well as a hot chocolate and toast treat we took part in some classroom yoga 🧘
While we weren’t always the best at balancing or stretching, we enjoyed the experience and the chance to say positive affirmations and to slow down our thoughts for a little while.
