As part of Mental Health Week we had Wellness Wednesday. In our class we 'connected' with each other by discussing how we can look after ourselves by talking to each other about things that we may be worried about and also about things that make us happy. We know that if we are scared or worried about anything we can talk to our class teacher and assistants or any memeber of the Safeguarding Team.
We really enjoyed an online yoga activity which helped us relax, breathe and stretch our bodies.
