We listened to the story 'Oliver's Fruit Salad' and learnt about lots of fruits we had never heard of before. We decided to make fruit faces on a paper plate and taste a selection of fruits. We tasted plums, apples, cherries, oranges, bananas, blackcurrants, strawberries, pears and grapes. Lastly, we made strawberry milkshakes. They were delicious! After lunch-time, we had a special visitor to our class. It was Alice in Wonderland and she read us two stories!
