P2/R1&2 had a great Pirate Day. We all dressed up as pirates. We made pirate face biscuits and tasted some foods pirates may have eaten! We went to the hall and joined in with a pirate action song. We pretended to become pirates on the ship by scrubbing the decks, climbing the rigging, going from port to starboard and saluting the captain; we even walked the plank! 
It was an exhausting but very enjoyable pirate day!
