Ahead of our Young Enterprise programme, P7Q took part in a fun online lesson “Business Beginnings”.
We discussed the meaning of ‘business’ and ‘entrepreneurs’ and then had great fun working with our friends to try and identify famous logos, slogans and entrepreneurs from the clues given!
Finally things got a little bit more competitive as we worked in teams to try and build the tallest freestanding tower within 8 minutes using spaghetti, marshmallows, tape and string! This was a fun activity which allowed us to explore the value of working together, communicating as well as dealing with setbacks!
Later in the term we will be coming up with our own business ideas and selling these - keep an eye out on our classroom page to see how we get on!
